Essential Functions
- Partner with Executive Producer to establish first appointments and participate in sales presentations
- Create Executive level project with board presentation
- Consultative Selling - shadowing producers and account managers as they meet with clients to gain an understanding of Pritchett-Moore's sales and marketing process
- Assist the Account Managers with drafting proposals, updating Premium Loss Summaries and EPIC data integration
- Be a part of a privately held professional service firm providing business insurance, employee benefits, personal insurance, risk management and financial strategies to a vast and diverse base of clients nationwide
- Build relationships with department shareholders and contribute toward company and department goals
- Tackle special projects and assignments as instructed by your manager
- Collaborate and contribute on various processes and projects
- Collaborate with other interns to create a companywide Intern presentation
- One on one time with over 30 employees, where you have the opportunity to interview, learn and network

Qualifications
Education: A current college student in Junior or Senior year or a recent graduate
Experience: No prior insurance experience necessary
Computer Skills: Microsoft office knowledge preferred, though interns will be trained in this area
Other Abilities: Innovative thinker, self-motivated, ability to meet deadlines, problem solving skills, comfortable meeting new people, proven track record as an excellent team player, willing to run with a project, outstanding communication and customer service skills.
